Persecuted, Part II
There are millions of Christians around the world that are under threat of imprisonment or death for their belief in Christ. Yet many in the U.S. won't share their faith because of the fear of someone not liking them or calling them names. As we look at the early church in the book of Acts, we see that the church has always been under attack. The lesson we get through their example should drive us to do more for the sake of Christ. Read Acts 5:27-42 and we'll see you Sunday.

The biggest blockbuster movies right now are superhero stories. One of the reasons is that people envision having the powers that many characters display, even though we know we can never have them. This week as we get back to the book of Acts, we see that there is a power out there that is more powerful than anything else. In the midst of looking at that, we see a very powerful lesson for our everyday lives. Read Acts 3:1-10 and we'll see you Sunday!
